| There's a joke that goes, would you rather have a car mechanic who is honest and nice or one who is a good mechanic? Well, at Connie & Dick's, you can have BOTH. C&D has a team of excellent experienced mechanics, and they instill confidence because of their track record in Claremont for many decades. They offer a thorough diagnosis of the health of your vehicle and then tell you what is "essential now" and what is "recommended within the next year." And throughout the whole process, the service is pleasant and professional. In most circumstances, if they need to keep your car overnight, they'll offer you a cheap loaner car; that's handy. | The staff were really friendly and the service was the best i have ever had. The communication is incredible. Very detailed information about when you car goes in, when its out, what they found, pictures of items of concern. Loved the service and attention to detail. |

| Connie & Dick's have been taking care of my vehicles - on my 4th now - since 1998. Surpassing a Silver Anniversary, but they long ago earned a GOLD MEDAL! Some think their prices are a bit high: 1) they use the best materials, sometimes more costly - 2) my TRUST in them and their work is priceless. |

When my current car went out of warranty, I returned to them and have always been happy with their service and their consideration and helpfulness, which goes beyond what one expects. As a woman, I also appreciate, and like to support a women's business. |

| Making a reservation was easy. The day I made the reservation they checked and bumped up my Tire pressure free of charge. At the time of the reservation and on the day of the reservation, they carefully explained the services to be performed. ?The estimate of the service matched the bill at the end of the service. The service was completed within the estimated time. Services were performed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Connie and Dick's Service Center! |

| As a recent widow I was apprehensive bringing my car in for a maintenance check and to have my trunk issue fixed. Sarah (hope I remembered) at the front desk was warm and assuaged my fears immediately! Car needed a lot of work and I appreciated the extent to which she explained it all to me with actual photos! I needed a drive home and enjoyed talking with the young woman, a military Vet. Loved dealing with Women!! I?ll be back soon to have my trunk repaired. ????????? |
